Hello and welcome, my name is Derek Lacey. Drawing from my personal journey of transforming insomnia and helping others do the same, I developed TAoFA—a 24-hour modality designed for transformative sleep and conscious living.
Over the years, the most profound realization I’ve come to is how sleep has been fragmented by linear, scientific models that often ignore sleep's comprehensive depth and greater role in life.Â
